Order not Received
We will do our best to deliver your products to you as soon as possible, if your order has not reached you within 45 days, please send an e-mail to email@example.com mentioning in subject: ORDER NOT RECEIVED . Please include your order number so that we can assist you.

Free Standard Delivery Thresholds
We offer free standard delivery internationally for all orders. Please note that this does not include taxes, fees or charges applied to the shipment.

Standard Return Policy
1. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items for free within 30 days of receipt. Returned items will be refunded or exchanged. Please note that shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
2. If you received the wrong items by our mistake, you can resend them to us or we can resend the correct new items to you, and please send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org with mention in subject: WRONG ITEMS . Please include your order number so we can help you. Please note that shipping costs will be paid by us.
Please contact email@example.com for return information. Please indicate your order number and the item you wish to return and we will inform you of the next steps as soon as we receive your email.
If your articles are received damaged, please send a photo with the damaged article with your order number to firstname.lastname@example.org with the following mention: DAMAGED. This must be submitted within 14 days of receipt of your order.
Items Not Received
If you have not received your complete order, please contact us at email@example.com stating in subject: MISSING ITEM with your order number. Please note that cases must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order so that we can investigate further, after this time, cases may no longer be eligible for treatment.
Customs Taxes and Fees
Please note that international orders may be subject to additional taxes and duties applied by your local customs office. We strongly recommend that you check if local taxes or duties may be applied to your order before making purchases on our website.
If there are additional charges, the carrier will contact you for payment before or upon delivery.
If you refuse to pay the taxes and duties applied to your order, the carrier will try to return your order to us. If successful, a refund will be processed within 14 days of receipt, but the cost of return will be deducted from the amount of your refund.
Please note that some countries may not allow the return of your order for non-payment of taxes and duties, in this case no refund is guaranteed.
